AgentCures systematically maps disease targets to relevant disease indications using insights from scientific literature. It then estimates the number of affected individuals and assesses disease severity. Additionally, it evaluates the druggability of each target and determines the most promising therapeutic modality.

Once these steps are complete, AgentCures generates potential therapeutic agents across various modalities and tests them through virtual assays, producing a drug value score.

Based on these results, AgentCures recommends physical assays for in-vitro testing—prioritizing those most likely to impact the drug value score while considering cost and the capabilities of the practitioner. It also incorporates a MacGyver assay database for resource-limited teams.
